So I am looking at adding a manual CMM like a used TESA MICRO-HITE 3D. We have a full auto CMM, but would like something quick and easy. Any other brands models I should consider?

Is compatibility of your existing machine/software required?
If it's the same people operating it, i'd be thinking yes, which may narrow your choice?
I had a 343 - excellent machine but it had QCT software installed which was the easiest to use that I'd seen (compared with PC Dmis, Aberlink, Mitutoyo).

We currently have PC-DIMS on our QA CMM. However, the software does not need to be compatible. The intention of the manual unit is something for the shop floor to use quickly and easily. Back in the 2000's we had a version of this machine and it was a great tool for more complex measurements without having the full CMM issues.
