can you help me figure out why my feed clutches arent engaging on my no2 Moore jig borer they feed but not under pressure I'm new maybe this is wrong I see you were a rebuilder of machine tools sorry if there is any inconvenience

I will check when I get home...I am retired and winter in the south...
