Mastercam Solids won't break into curves.

My 1st post here. I used Mastercam from 2000 - 2015 daily, then had 6 years where I didn't use it and now getting back into it heavily - I'm on 2022 version.
I've had lots of solids to break out, and just hit "curve all edges" to break them out into lines / arc's that I can 2D machine and it has worked great.
I have a solid on my current file that won't break? It's from a step file, and I have broke solids from those files before, but not this one.
I can see some features and analyze them, but can't trim extend, or make any contour toolpaths with it - it doesn't see any lines / arcs that it will pick for machining.
Thanks in advance.

Can MC stay within the model and use it's faces/edges? If you can I'd would stay away from re-creating what's already there.

Yes it can.
People came from MC X-era version rarely use this function. Solid chaining now is much more simple and more intuitive than it was before.

Is it a sheet solid? Or a close solid body.
Analyze Entity and click on the model, what does it say near the top of the window that pops up?

I'm not sure what you mean by "breaking out solids", but after you select "curve all edges", you need to select the solid body. If there is only one solid active/visible, it will automatically select it, and you can hit the green check.

If there is more than one solid active/visible, you have to select the solid you want to have the curves generated on. Triple left-clicking will select the entire solid body of a single solid, then hit green check. If there are more than one solid to select, I just window all of them, then hit the green check.

Thank you everyone for your responses.
I got slammed at work with other projects, so I haven't been able to look at this yet.
I'll update this thread when I can try these suggestions and get back to it.
