MAZAK COOLANT ISSUE

We have a Mazak 250 II lathe that all of a sudden has coolant shooting out of the live tool motor cover etc. and around the inner turret bolts, how can it possibly get inside the motor? The bushing that seats up to the turret is worn and I have one ordered, but usually when those leak, the coolant runs down from the coolant/ hydraulic cover where it meets the turret. Thanks for any help.

are you using live tools that are not thru coolant? Coolant into that turret can wash things out.
