Mazak integrex Mazatrol programming issue

Hi guys..

Ok think I’ve been staring at this too long.. can’t seem to get the program to run after the milling cycle. Any suggestions??

it seems to release the c-axis lock at the end of the unit, but it doesn't want the b-axis rotate back to 0 degrees. I’ve tried various m-codes 219 mill spindle orient with 253 mill spindle clamp and also tried m15 mill tool stop. Any suggestions?

This is a mazak integrex on a 640 mt control

Thanks in advance

Why do you have S0 in the program? That may halt all movement and cause your problem because you are in feed/rev. My newer Smooth X control Integrex uses M05 for milling tool stop. I was not sure if 640 control was the same way.

Hi Philabuster,
I have tried it without it and it didnt make any difference. The strange thing is the unit runs fine in single process mode🤔

The next process is the END unit, in which you are calling up program 9994 and telling it to start it. Try erasing that program number and just leave the END unit blank and see if that works.
