The machine has been running fine until today. Homed in and machine X went to 0. When started running part again it seems X is off about 2 inches with location to the material.
Don't understand what has changed. Is there something that could have slipped between the drive screw and the motor?

Z axis if fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

I have had zero return dog fail jut as noname states. after you zero machine, check in back of machine where the dog hits the zero return switch. if its beyond dog, replace sensor
