Mazak Quick Turn 15 - Detecting no signal

Hello everyone,
We have a Mazak Quick Turn 15 from 1989. Management is also Mazatrol T2.
We have a local repairman who is trying to fix the error, but he can't find the controller's system diagram anywhere.

We can't start the machine.
It gives us the error 9 DETECTING NO SIGNAL.
We can also send pictures in attachment.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
Can anyone help us what to do?
