Greetings,
I have an issue with my CNC. (Meldas 65SM)
I restored a backup from the casette but did not know I had to do setup via #1060 1, which I did two weeks after the restoration from the casette. Then I tried to run a CAM program, the Z axis returned to the standart position then nothing happened and I received a (P232 NO PROGRAM No.) coded error. Mitsubishi support told me I had to input ALL1 ALL2 ALL3 because my parameters probably vanished so I made the cable, established a connection, stopped PLC, and was able to input ALL1 and ALL3 but not ALL2. I receive E86 INPUT DATA ERROR after the first line of the file. So I outputted existing ALL2 in the machine to compare and there are differences in the code, the lines from the output are mostly like this: "N01L0L0L0" but the file I am trying to input and that I received from the producers has lines like this: "N00001 P 4E". I wonder if I'm receiving the E86 error due to this and I would appreciate greatly if someone could help me out in regard on how to input my ALL2 data. (I'm even ready to input it manually if I knew how.)
Extra question - If I restored from the casette again and did the #1060 1 setup immediately, would there be a difference? (Casette backup is from 2011 when it was all operational. )
