Mori seiki sl2 h

Can anyone tell me if they made a tailstock for a mori seike sl2-h

They did. Not all of them had it.

Not exactly. The "SL-2" designation indicated a chucker with no tailstock. The same series machine with a tailstock was designated "SL-3". The bed casting was not the same between an SL2 and an SL3. Both were available with 10 or 12 station turrets depending on chuck size. Our SL2 is an 8" chuck machine with a 12 station turret and our SL3 is a 10" chuck machine with a 10 station turret. Thank you yea mine is a Sl2-H with a twelve station and a 10 inch chuck and could not figure out what was missing on the casting to add a tailstock,so I guess you answered it there is none. Thank you that's why there are no used Sl2 tailstock out there
