Mystery Drill Sharpening Fixture

I need help identifying the make of this drill bit sharpening fixture. It is well made and is bigger than the typical Delta/Atlas style fixtures. It can easily take drill bits in excess of 1" diameter. The grey painted portion is cast aluminum. The other heavy section that is unpainted is cast iron.

The red handled lever moves the entire pivot point up and down which would presumably move the end of the drill up and down on the grinding wheel surface to avoid low spots.



I have searched through a lot of Google images but have not found anything similar. I hope someone can recognize it.

Looks like part of a Lisle 91000 drill grinder. Lisle made them for many years, but no longer. The design may have changed over the years.
