Need Dimensions for taper attachment cross-slide part 10L

Hey guys first post here. was wondering if anyone with a SB 10L with taper attachment knows how this (photo) cross-slide part differs from the original one as i need to fabricate one. based on photos it seams to be more different then just a hole with a key-way. if anyone has one i would pay some good money for the correct dimensions
