Looking for help, I just purchased this machine and am starting it up, the machine references Home for X,Y,Z,B. The C home will not light up as referenced.

The Problem I have is that the Turret will not index, When I try to index the turret I am getting an alarm (EX1862 Turn Mill Orient Sensor Error X5.5) I am wondering is there is a procedure to orient the live tooling before I can index the Turret?!?!? Switching it from spindle mode to live tooling, Home the live tooling and the back to spindle mode?

Looking for some help, or is the problem the actual sensor like the alarm reads?

FYI the machine was recently transported, It worked before the move and now that it is under power again it will not index, I am the new owner is it something that I might have missed or a step I might of have forgotten?

I would clean and reseat all board connections and communication cables. Something may have rattled loose during the move.

if it is setup like our hwacheon HT230, it auto orients. It is actually difficult to get it to stop the milling motor without it being oriented.
Does the milling motor turn on?

the way our is setup. there are two prox switches on the driven sheave. I surmise that the first prox switch is used to establish a ref return position at turn-on for the orient position. I think the second prox switch is used for confirmation after that initial ref return.
