Hello voicurob,
Tool holder system are available for Through the Tool coolant for use with machines that don't have Through the Spindle coolant. A housing the tool holder is able to rotate in, has a male fitting that locates into the device on the side of the spindle you're asking the question about. Such a tool holder is shown in the following picture.

Your fitting is not correctly attached.
