Ya, I live here and can't imagine why anyone would want under there own free will to move to California. This states gone to the dogs.

From my visits I thought NoCal was far different than SoCal, as in 10x cleaner, same bad traffic in the big cities but it seemed to have better roads and less gang graffiti. Trying to think when I was in NoCal last, maybe 15 years ago.
