New gun design help

I don't know anybody getting shot, but do know of 4 times times a gun went off unintently

One was me and my 243 when clearing a small pile of brush with my gun held on my shoulder strap. guess the safety got knocked off, and then something pulled the trigger.

As far as chamber wall thickness is .100 really going to make meaningful difference in overall size?

And look at the new self defense 22lr ammo I'm pretty sure it will outperform 22mag in a short barrel
