Okuma & Howa ACT-20 with FANUC 18TA Control - M Codes Which Luck/Unlock Turret - Why?
The power supply in this lathe recently went up in smoke and since I have little to no documentation on this thing I have pretty much reverse engineered the entire control integration. During which time I discovered M-codes that will unlock (M88) and lock (M89) the turret.
This is a simple 2-axis lathe. What would be the purpose of unlocking the turret? Is this meant for a service function? These are undocumented in the MTB manual that supposedly was supplied with the machine.
