OKUMA MB-5000 Spindle Coolant Pin Seized - HELP!

We are in dire straits, the collet/coolant pin is seized inside of the spindle for our MB-5000H. We have snapped the factory removal tool along with a custom made 4140 tool. Has anyone had any success with removing the collet/coolant pin when it is seized? The thought was to apply heat to area, but we would risk damaging additional items.

We have a spare spindle ready for replacement, along with the draw bar assembly. But are missing the RING 63A-0011-22, which is not do to June.
Other than okuma distributors would anyone stock any spindle parts.

We have removed many of those drawbars when they get stuck, but certainly can be challenging.

If you have the new spindle and drawbar sitting there I dont understand why you cant steal the "ring" from the bad spindle and install on the new one? See pic, there is no need to remove the drawbar to get the ring, but beware its likely under pressure.
