Old Japonese Fujie FSG-300 / FSG-400 surface grinder

I've recently got what looks like a nice surface grinding machine.
It's really old, probably before the '60 but it looks to be in a good condition.

Do any of you know more details about this machine?
And maybe, a manual even if in Japonese?
