is that tilt up wall? Pool decks can use crushed ice pressed into the curing concrete to form voids in the surface to reduce skin contact and hold water pockets.

Tape and skim, the pattern is applied to the groundwork, tape basically, then an 1/8” gypsum based skim, levelled and polished, tapes peeled off when plaster partly cured to reveal the plaster equivalent of inset beading , I’ve seen it done , the skim was marbled stuff and the base was plain

Looks like fat gaps are panel edge, skinny gaps diamond saw
Can't be all cast, not enough draft
they aren't really flat bricks, I don't think. The fat gaps are not the edge of the block

I'd say concrete too. I also agree that it looks poured into a form, due to the bubbling. They may have polished it up a bit afterwards and cut the lines.

Along the same lines here is the exterior of our local Taco Mac. These look like concrete tiles, each about 8' long and 18" tall, with caulked joints. Not sure how they are hung, but I like the look.

Going around looking for flooring.
The amount of top coverings on a basic tile substrate is endless. Up to sizes 12" x 24".
The pictures reminded me.

Wouldn't those textured slabs be secured in area of the deep channel. Then the channel is floated to hide the connections?
Walls poured flat and then raised up for a building. The texture looks the same.

I can see:

Pattern continuing across small lines. (1st photo)

Pattern not continuing across larger gaps. (1st photo)

Parallel lines on radius of edges of larger gaps. (2rd photo) Could be remnants of grout fill but I doubt it. More likely from construction of the mold.

And the hollows that appear to be missing rocks. The edges seem sharp. (all photos) I am puzzled at how this was done. Rock salt as suggested above and some finishing to produce the sharp edges? This would argue for casting and finishing them horizontally and then hanging them.

This suggests panels that were cast and hung.
