Does anyone know where I can purchase replacement blades for a Pexto Model 298 circle cutter?

Try Roper Whitney , they aquired Pexto years ago.

Roper Whitney has cut way back on support for the Pexto machines. You might be able to get a drawing to have some new tools made.

At some point a few years ago there was an ebay seller making and selling circle shear blades iirc. Might still be an option, might be gone.
