Hello everybody
I have a problem with my Leadwell T6-m.
I want to run a more then 1 part programm. I dont have a bar puller and a bar feeder so im just ramming a hardened spike into the part (aluminium) and push it forward.
My programm is
M31
M11
G04 U0.6
G01 Z-2.7 F250
G01 X21 F100
M10
G04 U0.6
M99
But when i run the programm it always stops at the M10 and i dont see the problem there is an alarm which shows up for a second (Chuck unclamp) but it vanishes when the M10 is finished.
I want it to run without a stop and i think i have to change my parameters. Im writing on Fanuc oi-TC.
Has anyone any suggestions?
Greeting

The control reads a bunch of lines into the buffer. Could be something conflicting after M99 when it returns to the main program.

I think the problem is the control is waiting for the Chuck Clamped Confirmation Signal. What do you see in the buffer area of the screen? FIN by chance?
Maybe one or both of your chuck clamp proximity switches is not set right to signal under the current conditions of your part diameter and chuck jaw setting. Stroke might be too short?

BTW - Is G04 something other then a dwell on your machine? Aren't G4 dwells followed by either a P or an X? What is G04 U0.6 supposed to do?

What is M31 on your machine? It is normally for spindle-brake activation.
M31 is so that the maschine can move with an open chuck i think the command is Chuck bypass on and M32 is chuck bypass off (which it doesnt need cause after the m10 nothing moves.

Chuck clamp proximitiy switches? I didnt switch anything up to my normal running parts. Treid it with longer stroke settings but didnt work either. U is the same as P

Chuck clamp proximitiy switches? I didnt change anything from the parts im usually running but diameter and chuck settings should be right. I tried it with longer stroke times but that doesnt work either. G04 U is the same as G04 X i think but i tried it with U X and P and only P and U work.

Try inserting M11 before M99.
Will try tomorrow but m11 is chuck unclamp? With the unclamping i dont have any problems only after my M10 (which closes it again) i have to press the cycle start button again to run the programm again wich i dont want to press
