Requesting Recommendations for High Glass-Transition-Temperature Epoxy (or other two-part pourable plastic) for 5gm Part

As has been mentioned I would be tempted to try JB weld, the original slow curing one.
When we potted high temperature semiconductor test fixtures in the lab we warmed up the epoxy to make it more flowable, then vacuum degassed it, I think it was a slightly elevated temperature cure. The end result was crystal clear. The heating and degassing should work with JB weld also.
As Goff mentioned one of the Cotronics products might work for you, I can't confirm but think a guy was using one of these to make tuned pipes for our R/C boats:
