Can anyone help me with the zero point setting procedure for the Mitsubishi Meldas 64?
I have to change the encoder on the x-axis and I have to set zero point again.
Machine is a Vertical Machining Center.

Thanks in advance!

Do you have absolute or incremental encoders?

If absolute, then your machine builder should have a table position in X to set the table at before the parameter procedure to set the absolute position. Do you know that position?

I think it's an absolute encoder" Rotary encoder OSE104Se" is the encoder
I have the parameters from the machine manufacturer.
But I don't know what the position is, can I find it in the parameters? I haven't replaced the old encoder yet.

OSE encoders are incremental. No absolute setting is required. After installing, do the normal homing process. Adjust the grid shift parameter if needed to fine tune the home position.

Thank you very much for your help! I'll change the encoder. I was afraid that I would know how to do the zero home position procedure.
