Showa my6 lube dispensor.

Hey.

My matsuura ra3g is a box way machine. It has showa my6 lube dose dispenser. Does any1 have a manual for these lube dispensers?
It feels like it does too much lube, as it is dripping and pooling off the ways. And i get to refill 4l tank every like 30-40hrs of work.
Or such oil consumption is ok for box way machine? And I dont need to do anything

You can add a cable tie or two around the chrome shaft of the lifting plunger. That way, it can't fall as far down on the pumping stroke, cutting back the volume of lube oil to your ways.
Yes box ways need more lube oil than linear guideways, but there's no need to waste oil, so if you think it's genuinely lubing too much, the cable tie trick can help.
