SL30 - Disable Hydraulic system

Does anyone know if it is possible to disable the hydraulic system on an SL30 and still run it. I run a 4 jaw pretty much all the time and I completely remove the rotary union and plugged the lines with SAE oring port plugs. This has worked but pump runs constantly with no circulation.

I have worked on many brands of machines, but not Haas so forgive me if I am wrong. I would remove the power to the motor, and jump out the pressure switch. Most pumps don't like to run constantly with no circulation.

Very cool, HFO Pittsburgh walked me thru it in a couple minutes. No jumpers or anything. Just a parameter and a switch.

CSharp,

Would you be able to remember the parameter and switch Haas asked to change? My HPU is out on my HL-4, but are about to install a 4jaw anyway.
I need to get this machine up and running, regardless of hydraulics.

Thanks,

Doug
