I have not had luck finding a small transformer to wire into my machine so that I can run some small 110v things off of it. Anyone have a source. I’d like to have a few so I am not using extension cords as much. Mainly DROs and power feeds and accessory lighting. I don’t want to just run one hot leg from the 3ph as I have seen in the past. Thanks

I don't see how a transformer would provide single phase out of three phase without simply pulling one leg. The real theoretical transformation would be something like a reverse VFD that would construct a single phase out of the input power.

Take any two leads from your 3 phase power and connect it to one of these. Five hundred watts should be sufficient.

One of the 120 volt output leads can either be left floating or grounded as is done in your house. The electrical code will specify what to do.
The 240 volt input leads to the transformer should be protected by a pair of slow blow 5 amp fuses or a din rail mounted circuit breaker..
