SQT10M Chuck Size

I'm looking at bidding on a 1997 T-Plus machine that has a 6.5" chuck on it, does anyone know if it's possible to fit an 8" chuck to this machine?

Yes, you can fit an 8" chuck on the SQT10M, but you will need an A2-5 adapter plate, as that's what the machine has for spindle nose.

The larger chuck should ~barely~ clear the tool eye!
