I'd like to identify the lathe this telescoping lead screw fits. It is 32.5" long and is threaded 15/16"-5. It has two nuts on it, but I believe the nut that came with it is the one on the inside. The other nut has a tag that says 80164 & R92268. I suspect 80164 is the serial number of the lathe it was ordered for. It came with a large lot of machine parts I bought from GE at least 20 years ago. I know that 80164 is not a Monarch lathe serial number, because Monarch serial numbers end in the 50,000's, but that tag may be a misnomer. It is made very much like a Monarch telescoping leadscrew, with a threaded end for a thrust block and a keyway at the telescoping end.

Contact Monarch Lathe LP, they might be the best source to ID the leadscrew and what it was used on.

Also, Monarch Part number were 5 digits. The 80,xxxx number would have been sometime in the 1970-80s timeframe.
