The M2 function (end of program) turns off the power to the CNC after 30 seconds

Gentlemen, hello! I have a problem with MAZAK NEXUS 510CII. (MAZATROL MATRIX NEXUS). Periodically, a problem began to arise at the end of working out the program, the machine suddenly began to turn off completely. More and more often.I replaced the 100A main switch and the situation has changed a bit. More precisely, it became a little clearer. At the end of the program (mazatrol or .EIA )Windows waits exactly 30 seconds and minimizes all MAZATROL windows and says that it is now possible to turn off the computer. However, if you do not allow the end of the program and stop the work a little earlier using "Reset", then you can restart any program.The CNC does not turn off.Even checked in MDI mode, the M2 code causes the same shutdown of the CNC after 30 seconds. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Can you help? Thanks in advance.

you have to do some troubleshooting at this point. Open your ladder and find Y0600 and Y0100 ( windows and NC shut down commands) , see attached pics. You need to see if they are triggered with X1E input ( manual request to auto shut down ) , X1F breaker trip. Most interesting what starts timer T109.

There should be an option to toggle this on and off. Most machines that I have worked on have this for lights out machining.

sure, switch is on electrical cabinet door? but there must be a reason for using next two words in the same sentence:

Gentlemen, the problem is solved! One of my employees was playing with this switch. I didn't know what the switch was for before, and I didn't use it! Now I know! My gratitude for your help is boundless! Thank you very much! Now I can work. For two days I couldn't figure out what was wrong! Thanks again!
