Turret Rotation Fault

Good morning,
I have a CNC Lathe that we just acquired from an old shop that closed down. It's a BV560MG with a Fanuc 21i Controller with guide mode(Conversational)
The machine seems to work fine for the most part, except for the turret giving me a hard time.
When I try to rotate it, it gives me the alarm 1030 Turret Rotation Fault.
The problem I face is that 1030 isn't in my manuals at all.
I referred to the machine manual, and it had a note that said "If, after switching on the machine, the turret is not clamped or positioned in the wrong position, you have to position the turret again. Refer to 11.3 Chapter in "Manual Mode"
When I go to that section, there is a blank cover page only, so I'm kind of stuck at the moment. I did email the manufacturer but he is on holidays so thought I'd try my luck here. Any recommendations?
If it helps at all, the turret has some numbers on it which I have found online, but nothing about fixing the fault.

That looks like a Sauter turret number. I would try reaching out to them. They have been very responsive to my inquiries in the past. They should be able to provide you with a manual for the turret. It would only cover the turret and not how it's integrated into the machine, but it might prove helpful depending on what the problem is.

sounds like a prox switch isn't being seen. either bad switch or the shifting mech isn't correct position.
not sure the turret is hydraulic or electrical, but it sounds like it just got installed and if it is a hydraulic
turret is the power phased correctly? is the machine building hydraulic pressure? did you see the machine
run and ref out before buying?

Thanks for the comments. Long story short, the machines were running when they were at the other shop. Owner closed the shop in a different province and moved everything to a new one. The operators did not move so we have new operators here. So it wasn't bought per se, rather moved. I have contacted the dealer and I'm pretty sure he'll be able to assist when he gets back next week. I just thought I'd put a few feelers out here to see if anyone may have had some ideas. I'm going to move onto the next machine for now, until next week. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
By the way, it is a Sauter turret according to the numbers and I did think of reaching out to them as well. Just haven't yet. I believe also that it's electrical since when I do the command, I hear a click from the turret, but no movement.

Oh boy, I feel a little embarrassed. It ended up being a breaker in the control panel. I decided to just check the electrical cabinet and noticed a breaker was tripped. Turned it back on and voila, the turret turned.
It turned out the sound I was hearing was the door safety switch clicking just before rotation. Won't rotate with the door open.
