We were in a service station themed restaurant in Confluence, PA last weekend and noticed this great way to organize condiments.

A couple decades ago, I went to a specialist dentist for a one-time procedure. He had a red Craftsman rollaway in his operating area, full of tools and supplies. At the time, I knew Kennedy had a line of stainless steel cabinets that could be washed down for use in meat plants and such. I am sure the Craftsman outfit was a lot cheaper. The dentist was probably still paying of his school debt.

When I was a kid, the old dentists had mahogany cabinets with dozens of drawers and a white glass worksurface that could be washed. I only see those in antique shops anymore, and not often

Larry.
