Vinyl cutter

Can anyone help me with advice on purchasing a vinyl cutter? I am looking to buy a small machine with software to produce some logos for products we manufacture. Should I be looking for a second hand one, if so where from and how much?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a US Cutter one at work. I think you can get a whole setup for under $500 if you get the "value" model. I htink that's what we have. It works well for printing labels for use on our machines etc. Haven't had any problems, but also dont use it very heavily.

I have been using this USCutter MH 34in Bundle cutters for over 5 years. The first one never quit, it just got upgraded to a wider one.
The one i use now is the 34 inches feed width model and I paid below 400 for it...maybe a touch more.
