I wouldn't advise that. Better to use a diamond wheel. I've seen some people say the same thing about CBN and grinding carbide. I wouldn't do that either. While technically possible, both of those are hard on the wheel and it doesn't cut nearly as freely as diamond. CBN is best used for steel; and hardened steel at that.
