Lots more useful things are reduced to scrap.
Would be helpful to know where you found it. Did the cabinet serve as tool storage for a specific machine?

That, good sir, is a plow point. :)

Oooo! Maybe it's a ripper shank off an RC bulldozer.

Not a clue. Dimensions might help to channel possibilities.
The 90 deg edge of the blade makes me think that this might have been used to split something, rather than to plane or shave or just make a cut. I see it in use at the local Japanese restaurant, prying the chopsticks apart.
The fact that the blade is offset rather than being centered on the width of the supporting plate must be relevant. Perhaps the thing was used lying on its side, flat surface horizontal.

Pretty sure perfing is done with shaped charge explosives.
Except when it's done with multiple piercing punches pushed out of a canister lowered down the hole. Probably depends on what industry niche and pipe size you are dealing with. Piercing punches are common in some areas.

I wish I had a nickel for every time someone posts a pic with no reference of scale. Is that thing 1/4" tall or 14' tall?

We use carbide tipped feed guides on some machines. They basically help separate the cartons to feed one at a time from a stack.
Never seen one like that but it may be to separate material, not necessary cutting, as it moves down the line. Paper and such is very abrasive.

Sorry. That D9 is probably about 7 inches tall. :)

The biggest clue for me it came from Haliburton. I still think its a mechanical perforator cutter for well casing.

I know magneticanomaly mentioned it, but that is one heck of a braze job.

P.S. I'm embracing the way of the meme.

the cabinet was mostly full of carbide drills (Yay!) and lathe tool holder clamps and screws. There was also some new kennametal cat50 shrink fit holders.

That coming from Halliburton/Otis/Guiberson, It could have been a part of a R & D project that was killed and the leftovers sprouted legs and wound up in the cabinet over time. Again, people asking what is this? Shoved back in the cabinet left for the next person to figure out. Just like it is being asked again here.

The one in photo #1 is the left-handed one. and the one in photo #3 is a right-handed one.

It will b a miracle to know what the photo #2 might be, possible some space junk they found at Roswell/

Oh wait, just turn the photo right side up and you can see that the left-handed one is a 40020005
