What manuals should come with a 1997 Hardinge Conquest T42?

Gentlemen,

After operating my Hardinge CHNC-1 for six very satisfying years, I am finally biting the bullet and upgrading to a Hardinge Conquest T42 (1997)!

Unfortunately, the machine does not come with manuals, so I am on the prowl and want to buy original, paper manuals.

If you own more than one Hardinge T42 from ~1997 and would be willing to part with one of your sets of manuals, please let me know. Otherwise, perhaps you could tell me how many manuals the T42 ought to come with and the titles of each? At least then I'll know what to look for.

So far I've seen two on ebay: Operator's Manual Conquest T42/T42SP, and Maintenance Manual (Conquest T42/T42SP??).

Did Hardinge also produce a Programmers Manual? Or should I be looking to Fanuc for that? (I can't seem to find the 18T series variety of Fanuc in PDF form.)

Does anyone have a link to the proper Fanuc 18T manuals in PDF form? I found link to a variety of Fanuc manuals, but with all the versions A, B, C, TB, only one "Fanuc 16/18/21i -TB operator's manual" seems close, but not quite.

As always, gentlemen, thank you for your valuable time.

That was quick:)

Indeed. The seller of my lathe didn't have the original manuals, or so he thought, then rediscovered them in his inventory AND produced the PDF versions of same. Persistence is key.

I suppose I should elaborate on the answer; The relevant manuals for the T42 are:

M A-0009500-0321 - OPERATORS MANUAL
M A-0009500-0320 - PROGRAMMERS MANUAL
M -0009500-0322 - MAINTENANCE MANUAL
T42 PLA-0009500-0060 (Parts List for T42/T42SP)
T42-L PLA-0009500-0074 (Parts List for T42 Long Bed)
A-411B - T42 TECH MANUAL
C A-0009500-1296 - "A Complete Line of Tooling, Attachments and Accessories for Hardinge® CONQUEST® T42/T42SP and CONQUEST T42-L Long Bed CNC Lathes"

A number of Fanuc manuals are also somewhat relevant, although the Hardinge manuals cover everything needed. The Fanuc manuals concern the Fanuc 18TB control (not A or C),
all of which can be downloaded for free at cncmanual.com.

I've been in document heaven ever since. I might see Hardinge about permission to create a Conquest T42 shrine on my website.

Good evening,
Does anyone has the following:

SG-0008220-CE B ELECTRICAL SCHEMATIC
M -0009500-0322 MAINTENANCE MANUAL CONQUEST® T42

I acquired a Conquest T42 but has some bugs, I'm trying to solve them and running this machine.

Regards.
