Wiring Help

I have a LODGE & SHIPLEY lathe. It has a 20 HP motor, 3 ph 220 v. I keep blowing the same fuse on one of the legs. What tests can be done to find out why. The lathe has S/N 43986 1958 vintage. The swing over carriage is 245.625 and the center distance is 78". Does anyone have a manual for this Lathe? Or a wiring diagram? Thanks, UEMS2001

OK- basics 1st- what is the nameplate current draw shown on the motor data plate. 2nd, what size and type of fuse is blowing?
Is this an AVS or just a regular geared head machine?
