Wright CNC errors, help please

we just bought a first gen cutter with Mach 3. got it set up and everything moving but when it goes to cut it gets a cannot locate probe error. any suggestions? our first cutter and was hoping things would go smooth.

probe as in ohmic touch off? Try spider forum for all things hypertherm and add on torch height control issues and the zone for mach set up.
You can measure ohmic values with a simple meter between the torch tip and table, shorting the two should show a active pin on the mach screen.
