WTB: Leblonde 15" Regal Carriage Clamp/Lock Block

Looking to buy a carriage clamp/lock block that locks the carriage to the ways. Listed in the manual as part #14-51. This is for a 15" manual gear head model. Would also very much appreciate dimensions to machine one myself if none are available.

Would love to avoid figuring out what to make if someone has one hanging around or is willing to post some dimensions of theirs.

Just bumping this thread as I'm back to this project. Still haven't found the time to machine one myself and hoping to find one for sale or some dimensions to easily recreate one.
