I gave up on finding anything decent in N America. You can buy directly from Amestra and they ship to the US. Or if you can wait a bit and want to save some Euros I got mine from Banemo.de, had it shipped to a member in Germany (Banemo does not ship outside of Germany) who forwarded on to me. Amestra is made in Europe and has been flawless in both fit and function.

I have a size E-3 Swiss made tool post that is surplus to my needs. It appears that it fits the same size lathes as a size B. Let me know if you are interested in it.
