Zoro is their stock low or search engine gone bad, both?

I was looking at zoro trying to buy some steel bar 1x1/2. Most results were discontinued, plastic or aluminum. Yes I had put in -aluminum etc.

Just tried to order 145 copper round bar from them. Below the product name it says “Material=aluminum sheet”.
Next listing for copper 145 round showed material as being plastic.

Oh, and once I followed the request to change my account password, they no longer show any order history.

Zoro never impressed me enough to use them more than once or twice. Same for Grainger unless I need to drive to one of their many locations and get something. Did that at least twice maybe 20 years ago.

They have changed how you order nuts and bolts. Used to be you could order a small pack of 10 for a good price or a bigger pack for a better price. Simple to figure the single item cost. Now any pack under 25 seems to have a good price but click on it and minimum order is 5-10 packs. And the minimums are weird numbers not 5,10, 20: but 3,4,5,7 ,9 ,10 etc. Why not just say a pack is 20,30, 50 what ever?

I liked how Zoro would periodically offer 20% off, plus the free shipping for orders over $50. But I agree, the search engine seems dysfunctional these days. Hope they aren't on the way out...

Up date I ordered last week. and all was good. This week no 5/8 or 1/2 steel round rod. All is discontinued. All I could find they actually sell is titanium rod! No way I can see to limit it to stuff they actually stock.
I put in -stainless and all results are stainless?
I guess their move did not go well.
