Groundbreaking ceremony celebrates beginning of construction on new Yamazen and Plustech Headquarters
On June 24, 2019 Yamazen and Plustech employees and business partners will gather with Krusinski Construction Company from Oakbrook, IL, to celebrate the ground breaking and beginning of construction on their new headquarters facility in Elk Grove Village.
The new state-of-the-art, two-story, 138,000 square foot headquarters building will feature a 13,000 square foot product showroom and sampling area, and over 17,000 square foot turn-key and robotics center. The new site will also feature over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space for machine tools, parts, tooling and accessories and storage. The first and second floors will also consist of a kitchen area/employee break room, multiple conference rooms and office space.
Part of the long-term vision and planning is to allow for Yamazen’s future expansion of staff as it grows its three main divisions; machinery, tooling and automation in the coming years.
Construction on the new headquarters building begins the last week in June, 2019, with the building expected to open by early summer, 2020.
