Which welding method is suited for Argon gas?

GTAW/TIG almost always uses 100% Ar.
GMAW/MIG frequently uses a gas mixture heavy in Ar, depending on the material being welded.
Any welding method that needs purge/shield gas can use Ar.

But, really, don't ask homework questions here. There are 1000 books and 10,000 websites that could have answered this question.
