Powered up and available for inspection. Best I can tell by serial number is that this is an early 80's machine, it came out of lab in Silicon Valley. Last used in 2016. I'm going to pick up a tenths reading indicator to run a basic inspection. I ran some tests with a .001" reading indicator, and the needle hardly budges (I looked at the collet gap wear point on the spindle, carriage "twist" near headstock vs near tailstock, leadscrew/half-nut backlash near the headstock vs near tailstock). The collet racks are full with fractional sizes, but I haven't checked for missing sizes or doubles. The bed looks decent apart from one divot.
