Bostomatic BMC 12

I'm an industrial electrician put in a new area. I could use some help. Working on a Bostomatic BMC 12, when selecting MDI or Program Single step or Run it goes into Tool Change Position. Manual keys do not work. Recently buffer battery was changed. It powers up and homes fine. Any suggestions on getting this running?
 
Find the manuals. Every different kind of control operates differently.
What control? Where is previous operator? Can he teach you?

I did run thru the old manual. Operator called me because of the problem. Machine is not run frequently. The last electrician who use to try to troubleshoot bumped to midnights and believed to be on medical. Im still trying to reach the manufacture who bought out Bostomatic. Just trying to a clue out there. Thanks.
