Default Anybody recognize this T&C grinder?

Found a local seller trying to get rid of this tool/cutter grinder, seller is kind of clueless on who made it and can't seem to find a tag anywhere. Anybody have any idea?

    Obscure Foley import?
    Is the motor original?

I would say it is a PEMAL (Polish made) tool grinder, type DURE.

Don't think so on the Foley. Don't know on the motor. It's set up for saw sharpening with what looks like some shop-made accessories to me but there is some other equipment that is included (workhead, etc) that looks like more standard fare for machine tool cutter grinders. There is a manual with some handwritten numbering visible and it definitely has the Euro style number one going on. I'm thinking a European, maybe eastern European make.

You replied whilst I was mid-type. Yup, think you nailed it. Thanks. Any experience with them? Looks like they are mainly intended for woodworking tools.
