Hello,Ive been lurking in this forum for some time. Ive been in and around machine shops most of my life.
Started as an operator,then setup,and supervisory positions. The last couple years Ive focused my attention to plant maintenance as a subcontractor.
I have a real solid account that keeps me busy,until now I only made emergency repairs and rebuilt several 25-50 ton recip and screw compressors.
My latest challenge is a Blanchard 18-42 that was purchased site unseen from an auction
Chuck speed gear box was primary concern originally as it wasnt functioning.
After opening up I found it full of machine coolant.
