I can tell by the badge that grinder is very old. Like the previous poster mentioned, probably equivalent to a newer model 44. Vintage MAchinery might have a catalog from the 1930's or 1940's that may have some verbiage on this type 3 grinder. Highly doubt there is any parts breakdowns on this grinder. How about a picture of the entire grinder?

Newer grinders have greased bearings and no way to lubricate. Older machines may have a screw for adding oil.. (mine has the holes for oil)If yours has the screw I would add about 10+ drops of spindle oil tipped one way up and then the other.
With no oil hole, I would slow spin for a time to loosen up the grease.
If it does not have three-wire ( having a ground, three prong ) I would add a three-wire. some older machines depended on the lathe ground so did not provide three-wire.

Likely you can call the company and get information / let us know what you find.
This may be the number (608) 847-6420....(888)-467-8288.............?
