Hello,
I was looking for some info on surface grinders today and came across this Manual. It was written for Do-All but much of the info is generic and can be used on any surface grinder. It discusses dressing the wheel, trouble shoots problems when you get bad finish, stoning the mag chucks, etc. It is from Vintage Machinery that has hundreds of maintenance, parts, operator instructions for many machines. Grinders, lathes, mills, etc. out there. If you use the site please donate a few dollars. Thanks
