The writers took a very good line on gently promoting the merits of their own tool steels (vis a vis grindability) without overdoing it in any way. Provides real info without being an informercial. In fact, it would be an excellent resource to point people at when they come to PM forums with basic questions about grinding, wheel dressing, etc.

the link doesnt work for me, i tried four brousers. what happened? neither does www.erasteel.com.

dian, it looks like the erasteel.com website is offline at the moment. It was certainly accessible a couple of weeks ago.
Might be an IT problem, or a corporate acquisition with freezing/renaming of all official assets. Dunno.
