Need some advice on how can I remove the hydraulic tank from the machine to clean as machine table traverse is very slow.

You remove the cover from the bottom, unscrew the hoses from the hydraulic pump, and then just pull the whole tank/pump assembly out. Have a couple of pieces of wood of the correct height so that when you get the assembly out it rests flat rather than tilting and dumping oil all over the floor. A good clean and fresh oil might help, otherwise you might need to clean out the system better or replace the piston seals in the cylinder that drives the table traverse.
PS: mark the hoses, one carries oil up from the pump and the other brings it back down. You don't want to get them mixed up!

I would remove just the return pump hose and pump the oil out into a drum to start with. You're going to want to drain the oil you might as well make it easy on yourself and get most of the oil out ready.
